Hispalis Café

A great café with excellent coffee roasted in-house. Their pastries are delicious—especially the croissant—and their cortado is outstanding. Highly recommended!

We went in to Hispali’s incidentally as we were walking past around that area in Seville. my daughter and I love to enjoy a good coffee on our walk around the city. We bumped into this cafe and went in to try and it was the best coffee we have tasted. I got an oat milk cappuccino and my daughter got a latte and a lemon and pistachio melt in the mouth cookie that was to die for. In all a great experience of enjoying a nice cup of coffee in a relaxed atmosphere . Definitely not to be missed !

An unassuming, quaint little space that serves up one of the best coffees in the city. Really loved the vibes of the place; It’s one of those cafes where you’d be comfortable to just sip on a good cuppa while stoning away and people watch :) Would recommend to drop by!

The first time we came to this café, was a lot of people waiting in line and it seemed not enough seats, so we left. However, the awesome smell of coffee made us want to come back again, we must at least try once, no? We did! And it didn’t let us down. The cappuccino and latte were awesome and with enough caffeine :p (some café in Sevilla barely put enough coffee inside) , the cookies were also tasty and not too sweet. It seemed only had the owner himself to attend the clients, we were lucky to came a bit earlier to avoid the crowds. The general experience was nice, a bit pricey but not not affordable. Highly recommended!

Colombian coffee with distinctive spicy smell and aftertaste, nice coffee art. Would be better to reduce the temperature of espresso extraction a bit and serve cortado in a ceramic cup instead of glass.

We've been trying every specialty coffee place we've walked by in Seville that smells good. This place smelt great, has the interesting beans and delivered the great taste we've been looking for. I had an espresso macchiato with Nicaraguan beans and my wife had a decaf flat white with Colombian beans. Good flavors and length on the decaf. The macchiato was excellent with great acidity and spiciness and a strong body. Definitely coming back!

I love this cafeteria. Pleasant and warm atmosphere. We had coffee here every morning and it's amazing. The owner is very kind and professional. You can see that he has experience and knowledge when it comes to coffee.
